When a bride-to-be books me as their wedding photographer it is much more than a transaction – its an experience!  I like to be clear and upfront from the beginning so everyone knows what to expect during the wedding planning process with me. I don’t just deliver pretty pictures, I serve and take care of my clients from start to finish and at the end many couples become more than just clients, we become friends well past the wedding day – my favorite part!

Below is a list of what to expect when you become an #ephotobride, its an exciting time and one that I want all brides to remember as the best ever!

Coffee and Conversation
Prior to booking I always suggest grabbing coffee together to go over guidelines of the contract and to discuss details of your wedding plans so far. This is a great way for us to get to know each other and to make sure my style lines up with what you are envisioning for your wedding photography!

Signed Contract and Deposit
When you are ready to book a signed contract and deposit secures your date! You are officially an #ephotobride and the fun begins!

Couples Survey and #ephotobride Community
After your date is secured I will send you an online survey to fill out about you and your fiancé. You share your story with me and tell me all the fun lil facts that make you unique as a couple. I find out what your favorite things are and what you do for fun together on a typical weekend! There is also an exclusive #ephotobride community that you are invited to join. This is where all brides, past and present, are able to connect and share their wedding experiences.

Engagement Session
6 to 3 months before your wedding we will schedule your engagement session. This is a 1-1.5 hour session that results in roughly 40-45 edited images for you to enjoy. Your engagement session is an important part of preparing for your wedding photos. I get to see how you two groove together and what makes you click. In return, you see how I work behind that camera and we get a lil more comfortable before the wedding day!

Timeline Questionnaire and Wedding Plans
A month prior to your wedding date I will send you a cute lil package in the mail that includes a wedding and timeline questionnaire along with a Getting Ready Guide. After filling out the questions we will make a schedule of when photos will be taking place. We will walk through locations, photo requests, travel, and other factors that will make for a smooth, stress-free day and give you plenty of time to celebrate!

Wedding Day!
The day is finally here! I will arrive at the scheduled time and start with preparation and detail shots. If plans of the day change or events are delayed we won’t have to fret because being prepared ahead of time allows for some wiggle room in the schedule. We will laugh, probably cry, and dance together and I’ll be there to capture it all! After finishing up coverage at the reception you will receive a tight hug and a heartfelt goodbye 🙂

Delivery
6-8 weeks after your wedding day you will receive a link to your online ordering gallery and receive some pretty mail that includes a UBS drive with all edited images in .jpg form. You can expect 75 images delivered per hour spent shooting, sometimes more, depending on the events and timeline of the day.

Prints and Custom Albums
The print release you receive with your images will allow you to print up to an 8×10. Anything larger or specialty items are ordered through your online ordering galley. If a custom album is included with your wedding collection or your choose to add on an album we will walk through the creative process together. You can expect album delivery 4 to 6 weeks after your final order is placed. Albums are wonderful ways to share the past with the future and make beautiful heirlooms.

Feedback and Sharing
After all images and products are delivered to you I will send out a survey for you to give feedback on your experience as an #ephotobride. This is how I grow and better myself, all comments and love are appreciated from you! Of course, you will want to show you and your handsome groom off now that you are happily married! Sharing your images with friends and across social media is encouraged –  make sure to tag or link to my website (www.ephotoanddesign.com) when posting.
