Mitch and Dani, oh Mitch and Dani, these blog posts are always such a treat to write, but when you know the couple personally there is always a tad bit of pressure to word it just perfectly! They have known each other since high school and Dani seemed to be the one to “just know” that Mitchell was it for her. Mitchell wasn’t against it, but wasn’t seeking out any sort of seriousness. So what did Dani do? She stuck around until Mitchell realized it too – for years! 😉 They were the best of friends and Dani quickly became part of the Ott family long before it became official on April 29th 2017. We watched them be classmates, be friends, date each other, plan a wedding, and get married! They have set an example of patience, Godliness, and kindness far beyond their young years. Mitchell and Dani are the kind of couple that makes you want to rise up to be better, do better, and love better.
Their wedding was genuine and intimate, just as they wished for. With the ceremony and reception at the same venue, family and close friends enjoyed an antipasto spread and coffee bar before dinner was served from Carmellas. Lush greenery and gorgeous decor set the mood for everyone to celebrate and socialize the rest of the evening. It could not have been a more joyous celebration to start their marriage!
If you think they look familiar, you are right! Mitchell’s sister, Megan, got married exactly one year before them (they have the same anniversary!). Check Megan’s wedding out here. They have also been part of a styled session in the local creative community (click here to see that!). So to say they were naturals and super comfy in front of the camera is an understatement, they have had lots of practice!
