I didn’t meet Jon and Maddy as a couple before their wedding day but it felt like I knew them for so long! They made me and all their guests feel so comfortable and loved and if you ask me, it was the piece of their wedding day that was the most important detail! Their day truly focused on their wedding, not just the celebration they were hosting. The windiest day turned out to be the most magical at Brighton Acres. We started with their first look on the barn hill and Jon’s expression in the images below says it all – such a gentle and kind spirit that Jon Bach is! Before the ceremony we tucked away under some willow trees to break the wind and I’m so glad we did, some clouds gave us a short burst of rain just as we finished up photos, it was perfect timing. The sun came back as the guests arrived to watch Maddy and Jon say, “I do” and the rest of the day could not have been any better. So much celebrating with yard games, speeches, toasts and dancing!
Thank you Maddy and Jon for setting such a good example of what a wedding is about! Your day was beautiful, but I am so excited to see the rest of your story!
