At their engagement session, I knew that Emily and Manny were my kind of people. Genuine, down to Earth, relaxed and just ready to have a good time. But on their wedding day I got to see it come together with their families involved and I was not surprised to see an incredible bunch of people surrounding them. Not only are they amazing, they also have raised two great kiddos – Olivia and Gabriel! You should have saw Gabe escort his new sis down the aisle like a true gentleman – the cutest thing! So proud, so happy, and so, so excited!
Emily got ready in the morning at her sister’s home and also where the first look with her dad happened, some of the sweetest moments of the day! The ceremony took place at Pierce Park in Appleton and was complimented by colorful flowers and woven bead garland – a nod to Manny’s Mexican roots.
Dinner and dancing happened at the Outer Edge Stage and Manny himself made all the food that was served! A homemade, Mexican buffet (think Chipotle style) for guests to make their own burritos and tacos. Manny also made the beautiful food that was served at the cocktail hour – a cheese spread, fruit tray, and more that looked like artwork – it was absolutely beautiful!
