There are not enough words to express and describe how amazing and fun Ryan and Ann’s wedding day was! So many good things about this day, including a first look, live music (hello, Mark Little Band!), dog ring bearer, outside reception, and amazing florals. There were so many intimate details that could not go unnoticed, family and friends played such an important role in making their day a success. Ann’s bridal gown had been passed down three generations! Her grandmother, Jan, first wore the dress in 1958 and then her mother, Ronda, wore the dress again at her wedding in 1982. Ann wore the beautiful heirloom for the ceremony and photos and then changed into a cooler reception dress after the “I do’s” were said. Ryan and Ann’s dog, Archie, was the ring bearer and walked down the aisle – I swear he was smiling the whole time and in his photos (check them out below!). PBR was flowing all night in remembrance of Ryan’s father and Ann’s own father catered the entire dinner! Their guests enjoyed the gorgeous summer night outside with yard games and live music underneath strung globe lights which made the atmosphere and ambience of the celebration absolutely magical.
I knew Ryan and Ann’s day was going to be amazing after I met them for the engagement session, but I didn’t realize just how much joy and love we were going to be surrounded with. If you look at the photos below, smiles did not leave their faces once – Ryan giggled his way through the entire day and Ann was glowing head to toe. I was only scheduled to be there for 8 hours but when the end of the night came, I didn’t want to leave, everyone was such a joy to be around. This blog post is a long one, so many great moments and so many photos to share – narrowing it down was nearly impossible. Scroll, scroll, scroll through to the end to see all the highlights of Ryan and Ann’s day!
